In store pickup

In store pickups are always a viable option for certain products. MITO Distributions partners with different retailers in the Quebec area which also carry and sell our products in store. Depending on where you are located, at checkout you'll be sure to see the closest retail store or place of pickup for the product you plan to purchase.

 

After purchase, your order will be prepared at the desired pickup location, usually taking 1 business day to fulfill; However you will be notified if same-day-pickup is an option. Once ready, a “ready for pickup” email will be sent out to you. Once at the location, please present the receipt of the order as well as the confirmation email of pickup.

MITO Local Delivery

Local Deliveries for certain Quebec and Ontario areas are available. Depending on your area, our estimated delivery time for orders can range from 3-6 business days for regular delivery, or 1-2 business days through the EXPRESS option. Weekend deliveries are also optional, however depending on the number of orders we are experiencing, we ask that you contact us directly to see if this option is possible.

 

If Local Delivery is not offered to you after entering your delivery address, it is possible that our systems do not recognize your exact location. In such cases, we kindly request that you directly contact us to inquire if delivery is an option at your address.

 

Paying in person is also an option for Local Deliveries. To pay in person, we ask that you directly contact us to place your order; by phone, or email.

 

We would like to inform our customers that our local delivery drivers are not trained or equipped to start the machinery for a test run upon delivery. Therefore, we do not offer this service as part of our delivery process. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
