General policy
All shipping times granted by staff and by our webpage are estimated and non-guaranteed. The shipping carrier determines how soon items will be delivered. We always do our best to deliver your items by the scheduled times.
Please note that after you have finished your transaction, some items may require extra shipping fees. You will be billed for these fees AFTER checking out. If you do not agree to pay these fees, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.
After checkout, shipping costs are subject to change. If this happens, we will inform you of the difference before mailing the goods. Shipping timings are estimations and are in no way guaranteed.
Warranties are available upon request. The receipt must include a warranty statement.

In store pickup
​
In store pickups are always a viable option for certain products. MITO Distributions partners with different retailers in the Quebec area which also carry and sell our products in store. Depending on where you are located, at checkout you'll be sure to see the closest retail store or place of pickup for the product you plan to purchase.
After purchase, your order will be prepared at the desired pickup location, usually taking 1 business day to fulfill; However you will be notified if same-day-pickup is an option. Once ready, a “ready for pickup” email will be sent out to you. Once at the location, please present the receipt of the order as well as the confirmation email of pickup.
Return Policy
To return an item, please get in touch with us first. All returns must be authorized first.
Returns that are not approved will be sent back to the original sender address.
Regardless of the reason for the return, the buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees, including those from MITO Distributions Inc. to the customer and back. No exceptions apply.
There is a seven-day buffer time after a return has been approved by us before shipping anything.
An item cannot be returned under the standard return policies after it has been gassed, oiled and turned on. Items costing more than $1,000 may be subject to additional conditions and a restocking fee of up to 40%.
Buyers are required to provide proof that returns were delivered (tracking number, receipt, etc...)
A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.
All products under the 'Accessories / Extras' category are non refundable.
Damaged & Defective Items
Please keep the original packaging and packing materials and inform us as soon as possible if your item is damaged upon arrival. We won't be able to make a claim for damages with the carrier or accept your damaged package claim if you don't get in touch with us the day of delivery. This is due to possible damages being caused from the carrier company during or throughout transit.
This covers common returns, undelivered packages, and goods that are harmed or have manufacturing defects.
A non-defective item may be requested for return within 10 days of delivery. After that time, returns are not accepted by us.
Items that are incomplete, used, inappropriately utilised, tampered with, disassembled, or sent to a repair shop without authorization will not be accepted for return.
Regular / Changed mind returns
The product must be new, remaining packed in its original, unopened packing. A 35% restocking fee applies to certain returns.
Cancelation
Any order cancellations made by the customer beyond the first two (2) days after the purchase date will incur a 25% restocking fee. This fee results from the costs lost in the storage, purchasing, and processing of large, expensive, or fragile equipment.
Additional Conditions
On our website, pricing errors can happen. Your order will be instantly canceled and reimbursed if they do. Orders with apparent price issues may be canceled at our judgment.
Additionally, we retain the right to change the cost of shipments in accordance with the type of item being transported or due to any restrictions that your address may have.
